Daniel K. Benjamin, MD, PhD，is associate Professor of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, and Chief of Division of Pediatric Quantitative Sciences, Duke University. He is a member of expert panels of Clinical Practice Guideline for treatment of Candidiasis: 2009 update by Infectious Diseases Society of America. Dr. Benjamin is a member of IDSA, American Society for Microbiology, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Pediatric Infectious Disease Society and Society for Pediatric Research. He has published over 100 articles in peer-reviewed journals and 3 book chapters.

John Robert Perfect, MD

John Robert Perfect, MD, is Professor of Medicine, Duke Medical Center, and Chairman of Revision of IDSA Cryptococcosis Treatment Guidelines. Dr. Perfect is also Director of Duke University Mycology Interdisciplinary Research Unit, associate professor of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology, Duke Medical Center. Dr. Perfect is Fellow of AAAS, IDSA, and American Society of Microbiology. In addition, he is Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Invasive Fungal Infections, and editorial boards of Infectious Diseases in Clinical Practice and Antifungal Drug Resistance Update. Brahm H. Segal, MD

Brahm H. Segal, MD, is an associate professor of Medicine and Oncology, Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Since 2006, Dr. Segal has served as Co-Chair of National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines on “Prevention and Treatment of Infections in Cancer Patients”, and also he was a member of Infectious Diseases Society of America guidelines on management invasive Aspergillus infection from 2004 to 2008. Dr. Segal is Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Association for the Advancement of Science, and Infectious Disease Society of America. In additional, he also serves as Editorial Boards of Journal of National Comprehensive Cancer Network and Mycopathologia Dr. Segal has authored or co-authored more than 70 journal publications, book chapters and abstracts.
